Our service starts with a pick up from your hotel in central Seoul (only). Drive to Gongju province to visit the Magoksa Temple. It is an ancient capital of Baeje Kingdom. You will also have the chance to experience a tea ceremony witn a Buddhist Monk. Magoksa Temle is a representative temple sorrounded by mountains and rivers in Chungcheongnam-do Province. Your next stop would be Songsan-ri Tombs and Royal Tombs where King Muryeong Tomb was. Then proceed to your lunch venue, where you will be eating Korean Set Menu with steamed rice wrapped in a Lotus Leaf. Afterwards proceed to Gongsanseong Fortress, a mountain castle which was established during the Baekje Period. You can experience how to do archery here. Drive to Daejeon, have your dinner at a local restaurant serving Chopped Noodle dish or also called as Kalguksu and Dumplings. After the dinner proceed to your hotel and overnight.
After breakfast, proceed to Jeonju Hanok Village to explore various Hanok houses and visit as well the jeonju Korean Traditional Wine Museum. Jeonju Hanok Village has over 800 traditional Korean Houses. Transfer to your lunch venue, where you will be eating Jeonju's bibimbap and Tteokgalbi. Then to Tapsa Temple which is a famous for having over 80 stone pagodas built by Lee Gapyong, a retired scholar. afterwards, drive to Gwangju, have your dinner first before checking in to your hotel. Overnight in Gwangju.
After breakfast, drive to Jeollanam-do and visit the Boseong Green Tea Field. Visit their plantation full of green tea and cedar trees. You will also have a chance to taste their tea. Then proceed to your next stop, the Naganeupseong Folk Village. This village is considered the best preserved example of a Korean fortress town and become one of UNESCO World Heritage site in 2011. Have you lunch at a local restaurant serving Korean menu set with dried corvina set meal and vegtable pancake. Afterwards, explore the Sucheonman Bay Ecological Park. It is also a protected natural area between Yeosu and Goheung Peninsulas. Drive to Yeosu, have dinner and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Yeosu.
In the morning, you will ride a cable car in Yeosu. experience the thrilling yet safe ride through the gondola and appreciate the scenery of downtown Yeosu and the archipelago around the old seaport. Then drive to Jinju and visit the Jinjuseong Fortress, where one of the 3 great battles of the Imjin War took place, when Japanese invade Korea in 1952. Have your lunch at a ocal restaurant in jinju serving Bulgogi stew and Jinju Bibimbap. Continue drive to Busan, visit first the Igidae Park, a coastal walking path and is famous for its panoramic view of Marine City and Gwangan Bridge. Then to Haeundae Beach, you will have a free time to explore the beach. Your dinner would be Korean styel BBQ before checking in to your hotel. Overnight in Busan.
After breakfast, drive to Ulsan enroute you can see the World's largest single automobile plant. Visit the Daewangam Park, a seaside park located on the east coast. It is also home to Daewangam island, a large rock island that looks like a dragon rising up into the sky. Transfer to Gyeongju and visit the Temple of Bulguksa, the representative relic of Gyeongju and wad designated as a World Cultural Asset by UNESCO in 1995. The temple was built in 528 during the Silla Kingdom. Have your lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit the Gyeongju National Museum and Daereungwon Tomb Complex. You can choose your preferred Hanbok (Korean National Costume) and experience to wear the Korean's traditional dress. Afterwards, drive to Cheongseongdae to visit the oldest existing astronomical observatory in Asia. It was constructed in 632-647 and was used to observe starts in order to forcast the weather. End the day by having a casual buffet dinner. Proceed to your hotel, check in and overnight in Gyeongju.
From Gyeongju drive to Andong and visit Andong Hahoe Folk Village. This is a traditional village from the Joseon Dynasty. This is considered as valuable part of Korean culture becuase it preserves Joseon period style architecture, folk traditions, valuable books and an old tradition of clan based villages. It was also listed by South Korean governement with UNESCO as one of the World Heritage SIte in 2010. Have your lunh in a korean local restaurant serving braised chicken with vegetables and roasted fish. Then transfer to Wonju and visit the Wonju Hanji Theme Park. This theme park exhibits the history of Hanji. You can have a chance to experience how does Hanji making process is. Continue drive to Pyeongchang, have dinner in a local restaurant. Afterwards, proceed to your hotel. check in and overnight.
In the morning, you will have a stop by at a Ski Jump Tower where the Olympic Winter Games was held in Pyeongchang in 2018. Then continue drive to Gangneung, proceed to Jumunjin Seafood Market and explore, discover variety of fresh seafood. Transfer to Yangyang and have a short hike at Jujeongol of Mt. Seorak. This Park was listed by UNESCO as one of the World Heritage Site. It is also the first Korean national park to be named under the National Parlk Law in 1970. Replenish your energy through your lunch serving a set menu with seasoned wild vegetables. This ends your tour. drive back to Seoul ( only availble at T-Mark Hotel, T-Mark Grand Hotel, Lotte Hotel Seoul and Center Mark Hotel).
