Day 1: Amman Airport - Amman Hotel
Ahlan Wa Sahlan - Welcome to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan! Our representative meets you with a signage before the immigration and assists you with the procedure. After you collected the luggage and passed the customs, our representative matches you with your driver. He takes you for around 50 minutes to your hotel in Amman. Overnight at 3* Conroy Boutique Hotel or similar.

Day 2: Amman Hotel - Jerash - Amman 2.5 Hours City Tour - Amman Hotel
Your driver takes you 50 km to the Roman ruins of Jerash. Set in the hills of Gilead, Jerash is the best example of a Roman provincial city in the Middle East. Your local English speaking guide will give you a historical insight while showing you around. See the Hippodrome, the spectacular Forum, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis and the North Theatre. Time to stroll around the remains on your own. Then to Amman, the bustling capital of Jordan. Though already mentioned in the Bible as Rabbat Ammon, the city is modern with only a few ancient attractions we visit today. Head downtown to explore the Citadel hill with remains from the Roman to the early Islamic period and a small Archaeological Museum. Onto the opposite Roman Theatre from the 2nd century with 6,000 seats. From here stroll along the vibrant Souq with its different shops and stalls. We stop in Jabal Amman at Rainbow Street with its charme of early 20th century houses, cafés and restaurants. Return transfer to your hotel in Amman.

Day 3: Amman Hotel - Madaba - Mt Nebo - Dead Sea Beach - Petra Hotel
Head 30 minutes to Madaba, the town known in Jordan as the “City of Mosaic”. See the famous 6th-century mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land at St. George’s Church. Head to Mt Nebo which is about 710 meters above sea level. From here overlook the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land. According to the Bible this is the place where Moses granted to see the Promised Land before he died and alleged to be his burial place. Drive down to the Dead Sea, with 430 meters below sea level it is the lowest point on earth. This natural wonder attracts visitors since ancient times, it is said even King Herod and Cleopatra took a bath here. We bring you to one of the beaches equipped with locker rooms and showers. Float on the buoyant and salty water, cover your body with the dark mud on the shores for some beauty effects or just relax at this special place. Proceed 3 hours to your hotel in Petra. Overnight at 3* Town Season Hotel or similar.

Day 4: Petra Hotel - Petra Visit - Petra Hotel
Today visit the highlight of Jordan, the red rose city Petra! You are able to start as early as 06:00, but early birds don’t forget to ask the hotel for a breakfast box the day before. Petra is Jordan’s top attraction and was founded around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs. Initially a nomadic tribe, they developed agriculture techniques and became successful as traders. Meet your local guide and pass the narrow canyon, the so-called Siq, with its colourful sandstone. At the end you will be rewarded with a view of the most beautiful monument, the Treasury. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. After around 2 hours the guide says farewell to you at the restaurant area. You have free time to explore Petra on your own. The young at heart for instance have the chance to climb the 800 stairs to the 45 meters high Monastery El Deir. Return along the same trail to the main gate, and from here back to the hotel. Overnight in Petra.

Day 5: Petra Hotel - Wadi Rum Camel Trekking - Wild Camping
Start the day with a one and a half hours drive to Wadi Rum Village. Meet your camels and your Bedouin guide, who will give you a brief tutorial on how to mount and ride your camel. Then your adventure begins! Along the way visit Lawrence's Spring, where Lawrence of Arabia washed during the Arab Revolt. We will then continue to Wadi Um Ishrin and the famous sand dune area. Here we will stop for tea, a delicious lunch and a rest. In the afternoon, see the ancient Anfashiyeh inscriptions, before crossing over to Um Rashid Canyon, and passing Lawrence's House. We will then trek onwards to prepare the bivouac campsite. Tents, mattresses and blankets are provided. Enjoy the dinner cooked over the fire and your first night in Wadi Rum under the starry sky.

Day 6: Wadi Rum Camel Trekking - Wild Camping
Each day we begin the camel ride in the morning, have a long lunch break and continue in the afternoon. You have plenty of opportunities to take photos. After our breakfast we head to the east-south part of Wadi Rum. Passing by beautiful canyons, red and white sand dunes we reach the Burdah Rock Bridge, the highest in the desert. Enjoy your lunch in a shady place. Saddle your camels and off we go to the Um Frouth Rock Bridge. You have time to scramble about 15 minutes to the top of the bridge to enjoy some amazing views over the timeless landscape. At Um Frouth we set up the camp for our second night in Wadi Rum with an amazing sunset and a night under the desert sky.

Day 7: Wadi Rum Camel Trekking - Aqaba Hotel
For sure, you already feel like a Bedouin of the past, traveling for days and weeks on back of a camel to cross the desert. You appreciate the “Ship of the Desert”, their slow pace and the knowledge, only their adaptation to the harsh environment made this form of traveling possible for Bedouins. We trek through the Kashkasheh Canyon to the Um Sabatah area. Here you see one of Wadi Rum’s interesting rock formation shaped by natural erosion, the Cow Rock, some identify it as Chicken Rock. Enjoy your well-earned rest. In the afternoon drive 1 hour to your hotel in Aqaba at the Red Sea. Overnight at 3* Captain's Hote or similar.

Day 8: Aqaba Leisure Day - Aqaba Hotel
Free day to enjoy the Red Sea resort of Aqaba. Just relax at the beach or have fun with water activities. Diving or snorkeling are very popular because of the various marine life and coral reefs. Other options are the visit to the Mamluk Fort and the archaeological dig Ayla, a stroll along the beach promenade and the local markets. Book a food experience with Aqabawi or just try the local Sayadieh dish at one of the fish restaurants. Overnight stay in Aqaba.

Day 9: Aqaba Hotel - Amman Hotel
Leaving Aqaba, we drive to Jordan’s capital. Within four hours reach Amman. Check into your hotel, rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at 3* Conroy Boutique Hotel or similar.

Day 10: Amman Hotel - Amman Airport
At a pre-arranged time, pickup from your hotel lobby in Amman. Your driver takes you for about 50 minutes to Amman Airport to say farewell - Ma’a Salamah!
