Day 01: Muscat Airport – Muscat Hotel
Welcome to Oman! Meet and transfer to the Sheraton Hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 02: Morning at Leisure – Al Alam Palace – Mirani & Jalali – Muscat Hotel
Breakfast. Morning at leisure.
15:00 drive through the elegant residential Shatti Al Qurum Area. Continue for a photo stop of the magnificent Al Alam Palace, residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts, Mirani & Jalali. Visit the Bait Al Baranda a new interactive museum. Also stop at the colorful Muttrah Souq. Overnight stay Muscat.
Day 03: Grand Mosque – Seeb Fish Market – Nakhl Fort – Mussanah Hotel
08:30 check-out hotel and our tour starts with a visit to the impressing Grand Mosque. Proceed to the Seeb Fish Market to observe part of the local life in the capital. Later drive about 130 km to Nakhl springs and enjoy a walk through the village with its date palms and Falaj system, the traditional water channels. At the springs one can observe the local folk. Visit the popular Nakhl Fort perched on a rocky outcrop surrounded by palm tree orchards.

Day 04: Perfumery – Nizwa Fort – Nizwa Hotel
08:30 drive in the direction of Nizwa visiting en route the Amouage Perfumery. Oman has a tradition of perfume-making and you get her an idea how perfume is created. Passing by the village Birkat Al Mauz we reach Nizwa.
Check-in at Falaj Daris Nizwa Hotel.
15:00 depart the hotel to see the main attraction, the Round Tower Fort built in the 17th century. Explore the village and the neighbouring Souq, popular for its intricately hand-carved" khanjars" (daggers) and ornamental silver jewellery. Overnight stay Nizwa.
Day 05: Bahla Fort – Jabrin Castle – Al Hamra Village – Muscat Hotel
08:00 check-out and head for a photo stop at the Bahla Fort which has been declared as a World Heritage site. Jabrin, the finest of Oman's castles built in the late 17th century, became a seat of Omani learning. The castle displays the highest achievement in Omani ceiling painting & beautifully executed woodcarvings. Proceed to the charming Al Hamra village positioned on the slopes of the mountains. Visit here the Bait Safah Museum imitating the traditional Omani lifestyle. From here drive around 2 hours back to Muscat with a stop at the village of Tanuf. Overnight stay at Sheraton Hotel.
Day 06: Muscat Hotel - Wahiba Sands – Wadi Bani Khalid – Muscat Hotel
08:00 depart by 4WD vehicles to Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sand and dunes rising up to 200 metres are also host to a variety of flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographers delight. Visit a Bedouin house in this wilderness. In stark contrast to this is Wadi Bani Khalid. It comprises of small pretty villages embedded in the mountains. The Wadi has clear deep blue water. Enjoy a picnic lunch here.

Day 07: Muscat Hotel – Muscat Airport
Breakfast. 12:00 latest check-out from room.
Transfer to the Muscat International Airport for your flight back home.
