Day 1: Amman Airport – Amman Hotel
Welcome to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan! Our representative welcomes you with a signage at Amman Airport. Enjoy your private 45-minutes transfer to your Amman hotel, check-in, rest of the day free. Overnight at Toledo Hotel or similar for the 3* category, at Al Qasr Metropole Hotel or similar for the 4* category, at Intercontinental or similar for the 5* category.
Day 2: Amman Hotel – Jerash – Ajloun Castle – Ajloun Forest Reserve
Drive 1 hour to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit Oval Plaza, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis, fountains and its city walls pierced by towers and gates. Next stop will be the Islamic castle of Ajloun. Erected on higher grounds its purpose was to watch over the routes to the Jordan Valley and Syria. There is a small museum inside the castle and don’t miss the great view over the surrounding area. Then to Ajloun Forest Reserve, covering 13 square kilometers. It consists of Mediterranean-like hill country, ranging from 600 - 1100 m above sea level, with small winding valleys. Overnight at a peaceful Ajloun Cabin.

Day 3: Ajloun Hike – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Dead Sea Hotel
Enjoy with a guide a hike through open evergreen oak and pistachio forest with panoramic view points to the village of Orjan. Visit a Soap House to see local women produce natural olive oil soap in a traditional way. The moderate trail is about 7 km long and takes 2-3 hours. From Ajloun drive to the town of Madaba. See the popular 6th century map of Palestine in the Greek Orthodox St. George’s Church. Free time to stroll in the neighbouring streets. Short ride to Mt. Nebo, believed to be the burial site of Prophet Moses. If the weather allows you will have like him a view of the Promised Land. In the remains of the Moses Memorial Church, constructed in the 4th century, you see beautiful mosaics. Then head to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. Overnight at Ramada Hotel or similar for the 3* category, at Holiday Inn or similar for the 4* category, at Crowne Plaza or similar for the 5* category.

Day 4: Dead Sea Hotel Free Morning – Kerak Castle – Dana Reserve
Free morning at your Dead Sea Hotel to do the floating experience on salty waters. The unique environment is characterized by high annual temperatures, low humidity and high atmospheric pressure, the air is extremely oxygen rich. We will drive then towards Kerak, for you to see the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem. The large castle offers stunning views of its surroundings and inside a lots of underground passageways, rooms and stairways. Then we continue towards Dana Biosphere Reserve, one of the largest nature conservation parks in the region. Dinner and overnight at Dana Guest House or similar.

Day 5: Hike Dana to Wadi Feynan – Feynan Eco Lodge
Dana village is the starting point for your trek to Petra. Meet your Bedouin guide and escape into the nature. The Dana Reserve is characterized by a chain of valleys and mountains which extend from the top of the Jordan Rift Valley down to the desert lowlands of Wadi Araba. Hike downhill through sandstone gorges to Feynan. You will see along the trail the beauty and various landscapes of the area. The tour ends in Wadi Feynan, where 3,000 years ago copper had been mined and worked up. Dinner and overnight in the Feynan Eco Lodge in the middle of the desert. The lodge serves vegetarian meals only and is lit by candles in the night.

Day 6: Feynan Eco Lodge – Little Petra – Petra Hotel
Latest check-out from room is 11:00am. Relax at the lodge or try different activities, some are free of charge, others can be paid directly to the lodge and the money is going to the local Bedouins in Feynan. You will be taken by jeep to the reception centre, where a driver meets you and hits the road to Little Petra for about 2 hours. Little Petra gives you a glimpse what to expect in Petra. You enter the site through a narrow canyon which opens up to carved buildings, tombs and water channels. 15 minutes ride to your hotel in Petra. Overnight at Tetra Tree Hotel or similar for the 3* category, at Petra Guest House or similar for the 4* category, at Movenpick Resort or similar for the 5* category.

Day 7: Petra Visit – Petra Hotel
Today visit the highlight of Jordan, the red rose city Petra! You are able to start as early as 06:00, but early birds, don’t forget to ask the hotel for a breakfast box the day before. Meet your local guide and pass the narrow canyon, the so called Siq, with its colourful sandstone. At the end you will be rewarded with a view of the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. After around 2 hours the guide says farewell to you at the restaurant area. You have free time to explore Petra on your own. The young at heart for instance have the chance to climb the 800 stairs to the 45 meters high Monastery El Deir. Return to the main gate. Overnight Petra.

Day 8: Petra Hotel – Wadi Rum 5 hours jeep ride – Wadi Rum Camp
After breakfast, we will drive 1.5 hours towards Wadi Rum. Embark a 4x4 and with your Bedouin driver uncover more of the vast desert. The rugged scenery, the changing colours of sands and mountains, the serene atmosphere will make you understand why Wadi Rum is one of the most impressing desert landscapes in the world. The setting had been used for Hollywood movies. You see canyons, red sand dunes, Thamudic and Nabatean rock inscriptions and a natural rock bridge formed over centuries. Dinner and overnight at camp (tent) like Rum Stars Camp or similar.

Day 9: Wadi Rum Camp – Aqaba Hotel
Leisurely morning at camp. 45 minutes drive towards the southernmost part of Jordan, the red-sea resort city of Aqaba and transfer you to your hotel for a free afternoon. Overnight at Days Inn or similar for the 3* category, at DoubleTree by Hilton or similar for the 4* category, at Movenpick Resort City or similar for the 5* category.

Day 10 – 12: Aqaba at Leisure – Aqaba Hotel
Free day to enjoy the Red Sea resort of Aqaba. Just relax at the beach or have fun with water activities.
Diving or snorkeling are very popular because of the various marine life and coral reefs. Other options are the visit to the Mamluk Fort and the archaeological dig Ayla, a stroll along the beach promenade and the local markets. If you happen to be in Aqaba on a Friday, visit in the evening the Souk by the Sea where local artisans show their products. Book a food experience with Aqabawi or just try the local Sayadieh dish at one of the fish restaurants. Overnight Aqaba.

Day 13: Aqaba Hotel – Amman Tour – Amman Hotel
Drive 4 hours to Amman. On the Citadel you will see remains from 3 different periods and have a panorama view over the capital. In the traditional area of downtown we have a look at the Roman Theater from 2nd century before we head to the modern parts of the city. We visit the Royal Automobile Museum exhibiting classic cars of the late King Hussein are exhibited. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Toledo Hotel or similar for the 3* category, at Al Qasr Metropole Hotel or similar for the 4* category, at Intercontinental or similar for the 5* category.
